Following the new EU Data Act legislation, we have added a Data Notice and a compulsory reading confirmation. If you run into an error 403 when downloading data, it is likely that the customer in question has not given their reading confirmation in their Polar Flow account. As defined by the EU legislation, we are unable to offer our services in case the reading confirmation is not given or if there are missing consents.
Once the reading confirmation is given and customer syncs again, all data can be downloaded.
